Inspired by Myanmar's cultural heritage, the styling explored colour, texture, and craftsmanship through handcrafted tiles, archival imagery, and contemporary compositions. The result is a visual language that feels immersive while allowing every dish to remain the hero.

Inspired by the restaurant's philosophy of presenting art on a plate, this project explored the balance between restraint and theatricality. Rich textures, layered materials, and carefully composed styling framed each dish while allowing the vibrant colours, intricate plating, and craftsmanship of the cuisine to remain the focal point. The result is imagery that captures both the energy of Asian dining and the sophistication of the Dashanzi experience.

Inspired by the richness of Indian craftsmanship, the styling combined textured stone surfaces, aged brass accents, and handcrafted elements to create a dialogue between old-world heritage and modern refinement. Every composition was thoughtfully layered to complement the depth and character of the cuisine, allowing each dish to remain the focal point while capturing the timeless elegance of a luxury dining experience.

For the opening of P.F. Chang's, I styled a series of dishes that celebrated the bold flavours and vibrant character of the restaurant's Asian-inspired menu. Working within the campaign's creative direction, the styling focused on enhancing texture, colour, and freshness, ensuring every dish felt inviting, dynamic, and true to the dining experience.
